B-Form NADRA Check Online

The Child Registration Certificate (CRC), also known as the B-form, registers a newborn in your NADRA record. Every child has the right to this certificate from their place of birth. NADRA has made it easier by automating the process.

To get a CRC, provide proof of the child’s birth from the union council. At least one parent should have a National Identity Card (NIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). Visit any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) to apply for the CRC.

How to Get NADRA B-Form in Pakistan

1. Visit the nearest NADRA office with the child’s birth certificate to apply for the B form.
2. The parent or guardian must accompany the child.
3. If only one parent is present, the application needs attestation by a Gazetted Officer or public representative.
4. The child must be present for ID card processing.
5. Children aged 10 or older will have their photograph and fingerprints taken.
